Welcome to the new
Previously part of Road Angel Group, BikeTrac is now owned and managed by the very same guys that dreamed up the concept and brought it to market back in 2009. Despite a new look and some exciting new developments on the horizon, our core values remain the same.
So how does it work?
Through our experienced dealer network, your unit will be professionally and covertly installed, with true peace of mind.
All authorised BikeTrac dealers are trained to ensure that your unit is installed in the most covert location possible, giving the best levels of protection and adhering to Thatcham’s high security standards - it's essential.
BikeTrac has its own internal battery, so it doesn’t rely solely on the bike’s own battery for power. If it detects a drop in the bike’s voltage, you’ll receive a helpful text to tell you so. The internal battery lasts for up to 30 days.
24-7 Operations Center
Our secure operating centre doesn’t sleep, so you’re protected 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If the unthinkable happens, our team contact you via text, phone and email and then liaise directly with the authorities to pinpoint your machine.
Once you’ve registered your BikeTrac unit you have total control, 24/7. Edit your details, add loved-ones for notifications and even select the voltage threshold for receiving low battery notifications. Been on a ride? Look back on the journey and download and share the route.
Bike Down Alerts
In case that you have an accident, your BikeTrac unit will detect that your bike is down and automatically notify your contacts.
Journeys are logged on BikeTrac's interactive map so you can log in, view and share the routes that you have taken and get detailed information such as distance and time.
How radio frequency tracking works
Radio Frequency (RF) Tracking allows us to find your motorcycle in the places other trackers can’t!
This manual technique of tracking gives you the ultimate level of protection and it’s also what gives us the highly coveted Thacham Cat7 rating.
What our customers have to say
Had my zx6 stolen twice now and recovered within half an hour thanks to my BikeTrac. Simply the best tracking system for bikes. Ride safe everyone!
One of the must have security products for any bike regardless of age. I have been using BikeTrac now for 5 to 6 years and the list of things you get is unreal & too much to mention. It’s saved me a good few quid on my insurance & costs me £100 per year but best of all it tracks your every move so you can go back and see all the amazing places you visited. 10 out of 10.
A massive thank you to Bike Trac for recovering my 4 month old GSXR 750 2014 YOSHIMURA edition. There was plenty of effort from these guys you wouldn’t get from their competitors. Bike was recovered along with another bike, a stripped chasse and parts from other bikes. A guy was also arrested and his house raided too.
Bike Trac works, we’ve proven that. And it’s great value if some light-fingered person nicks your bike.
I’ve only had the BikeTrac unit for 2 weeks now, and have to say the service so far is amazing. The couple of times I’ve forgot to disable the call centre (SOC) to work on the Vespa, they’ve been on the phone within a minute to check everything is all good.
I’ve got to say reading the recovery of some of the bikes through biketrac it’s the best money I’ve ever spent on a bike. Hope it catches more of these thieving f*****s who think they can steel what us bikers work for
I’d be shouting from the rooftops how much I love BikeTrac (and their call centre, who are a dream to deal with and probably never get thanked enough)..
Highly recommend you guys after getting my bike back within 2 hours, and The customer service is fantastic as well.
I have an amazing story to share! Sitting in a restaurant in Highgate I get a text alert from BikeTrac, look out of the window and see my lovely red S1000XR – gone!!! At that very moment BikeTrac ring me to find out if I know where my bike is and I tell them it’s just been stolen. They tell me to ring the police, which I was about to do, and get a CAD number. After various calls, and finding a cut chain link where my bike had been,
I’m on the bus home and get a call from a policeman asking if I have my bike key, I do! They are with the bike, can I go and collect it. I jump off the bus and get a taxi to a hidden car park a couple of miles away – two policemen are there and so is my bike – unscratched! My key fits, the bike starts. Steering lock broken but otherwise fine. BikeTrac had directed them to the bike, which had been left there, police very complimentary about the communication from BikeTrac. The thieves came back but the presence of the police scared them off. After giving details, I get to ride home. Bike recovered less than 2 hours after it was stolen. BikeTrac is amazing!!!! And my guardian angel has been working overtime I’m one lucky guy! Thank you BikeTrac
Thank u Bike Trac for your quick response along with Stoke Newington Police who were amazing in recovering my pride and joy this morning, it is now home safe and sound. If u don’t have Bike Trac I suggest u get it, well worth the money.
A massive thank you!!! Two days ago my bike got stolen the second time and I had it back in an hour. I can’t thank you enough, you are the best!!!
